Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), located in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, has officially announced the deadline for the payment of the acceptance fee for candidates who have been offered admission for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the official notice issued by the university's academic management, all successfully admitted candidates are required to complete the payment of their acceptance fee on or before Wednesday, 29 October 2025.
The university has emphasized that failure to meet this deadline will result in the forfeiture of admission. Therefore, all newly admitted students are encouraged to act promptly to secure their places.
Additionally, the university has advised candidates who have received provisional admission through the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) to log in to their profiles and accept their offers within 48 hours urging that candidates who do not accept their admission on JAMB CAPS before the specified deadline will be deemed to have declined the offer, and those positions may be reassigned to other qualified applicants.
For applicants whose admission status remains at "Admission in Progress," the management of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) asks for patience as the final approval process is underway. Once JAMB confirms their admission, these candidates may proceed with the acceptance and payment procedures.
To complete the acceptance fee payment process, candidates should follow these steps:
- Log in with your JAMB registration number.
- Generate your acceptance fee invoice.
- Make payment online or at a designated bank using the generated reference number.
- Print your payment receipt and retain it for registration purposes.
Students must ensure that payments are made only through the official university portal to avoid any potential fraud or invalid transactions.
The management of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) extends its congratulations to all candidates who have successfully secured admission for the 2025/2026 academic session. The university looks forward to welcoming these new students to Ago-Iwoye, where they will embark on an academic journey filled with opportunities for learning and personal growth.
