The management of the University of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Ihugh, Benue State (BSUAST), has officially announced the commencement of the sales of admission forms for the 2025/2026 Pre-Science/Remedial program, intended for prospective students seeking to enroll in bachelor’s degree programs.
The University of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Ihugh, Benue State (BSUAST) was established by the Government of Benue State through the administration of Governor Hycinth Alia in 2024 and received its operational license from the National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2025.
BSUAST is dedicated to providing a polymathic education aimed at fostering intellectual development across various disciplines, including Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sciences, Computing, Innovation, Industry, Technology, Basic Medical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, and Allied Health Sciences.
BSUAST has called interested individuals for admission into a one-year Pre-Science/Remedial Science Program, which will serve as a pathway to bachelor’s degree programs in the following schools:

Entry Requirements for BSUAST 2025/2026 Pre-Science/Remedial Program
Applicants seeking admission to the University of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Ihugh, Benue State, BSUAST 2025/2026 Pre-Science/Remedial Program are required to follow the guidelines provided below.
Applicants for the Pre-Science/Remedial program at the University of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Ihugh, Benue State, BSUAST, must possess a minimum of four (4) O'Level credit passes in WASSCE, SSCE, GCE, or an equivalent qualification, specifically in English Language, Mathematics/Further Mathematics, Chemistry/Physics, and Biology/Agricultural Science.
Method of Application for BSUAST 2025/2026 Pre-Science/Remedial Program
